Dusty Johnson - Lead Pastor

Dusty serves as our lead pastor. He is a gifted leader, administrator and communicator.  He joined the staff in 2009 as an associate pastor and later transitioned to the role of lead pastor in January 2010.  Dusty previously served as a youth pastor and director of youth camps and leadership events, for the Foursquare churches in the Northwest, at Camp Crestview.  Dusty and his wife, Julie, have been married since 1990 and enjoy their family of three sons.

Shannon Kearney - Associate Pastor

Shannon is the founding pastor of SouthHills Church, which was established in 2004. As a gifted speaker and counselor, Shannon presently serves as one of our associate pastors. She is an advocate of raising up the next generation of ministers--both men and women. Prior to starting the church, Shannon was an associate pastor at Eugene Faith Center for 13 years. She and her husband, Mike, have been married since 1974. They have three sons and three grandchildren.

John Rice - Associate Pastor
John has been an essential component to the life and development of SouthHills since 2004 and presently serves as an associate pastor.  He is gifted in serving people in the areas of: prayer, pastoral counseling, and teaching. He and his wife Laura have been married since 1977, and enjoy their family of three children and three grandchildren.
Erin Leslie - Administrative Assistant/Event Coordinator 
Thanks to her multi-tasking organization skills and love for our church family, Erin is the communication hub and "glue" that holds the various componants of our church life together. She and her husband Levi have been married since September of 2007, and are the proud parents of their daughter Loreli.

Gene Newbold - Worship Ministry Director
Gene joined our team as our in April of 2010.  He is a talented musician and vocalist who provides leadership over music, sound and video for our weekend worship services. Gene has been married to his wife Jamie since 2001, and they have two children.
Jenn Kearney - Children's Ministry Director

Jenn joined our team in April 2010 as our Children's Ministry Director. She is a gifted leader with a passion for family life in our church. She leads our volunteer teams that help our kids grow in their knowledge, love and service to God. She and her husband, Ben have been married since 1999 and have two children.
